Rooted Reflexology is a space for connecting with the healing power within your own body. Through reflexology (the gentle application of pressure to the reflex points of the feet) and subtle manipulation of the energetic body, you'll be invited to enter into deep relaxation--a safe and serene state where the body can do its natural healing work.​​​
