Rooted Reflexology is a space for connecting with the healing power of your own body. Through reflexology--the gentle application of pressure to the reflex points of the feet--and subtle manipulation of the energetic body, you'll be invited to enter into deep relaxation--a safe and serene state where the body can do its natural healing work.​​​
